StarBand has been selected by the Rural Utilities Service to provide broadband over satellite service to the residents of Hawaii who reside in rural unserved areas.

Open Skies Hawaii includes free equipment, free standard installation, and broadband speeds at an entry-level monthly service fee of $50.
