General Terms & Conditions
- The StarBundle offer is available to well qualified customers that may be subject to credit verification.
- $0 equipment and installation cost is valid after a $150 mail-in rebate is applied ($135 rebate applies for service outside the continental US including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
- The rebate form must be completed by the customer within 30 days of service activation and is available at www.starband.com/rebate.
- The StarBundle service term is based on a 24-month contract.
- Customers who cancel their service before their contract expires will be charged an early termination fee of $499 (a $300 credit will be applied to customers for returning the equipment - $150 for the transmitter and $150 for the modem).
- Equipment used for the StarBundle offer may be new or refurbished. Refurbished equipment will have the same warranty as new equipment.
- To take advantage of StarBundle, customers must purchase StarBand services directly from StarBand or from a participating dealer.
- The $150 rebate applies to purchases that include a standard installation within the continental US with a .75 meter antenna (additional fees may apply for non-standard installations). $135 rebate applies to purchases outside the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Additional installation and equipment costs may apply.
- StarBundle pricing, terms and conditions subject to be changed by StarBand at any time.
StarBundle Rebate Qualification & Processing:
- For StarBand customers only. StarBand Dealers, Agents or Wholesalers may not redeem this offer.
- This offer is valid for purchases of StarBand Nova systems that are part of the StarBundle program. Purchases that are not part of the StarBundle program do not apply.
- Customer must provide a completed rebate form. All information requested must be included to receive rebate.
- Rebate requests must be postmarked within 30 days from date of service activation. Rebate requests postmarked after 30 days from date of service activation will not be honored.
- Only one rebate is allowed per customer. Rebate is non-transferable. Rebate form may not be reproduced or duplicated.
- Rebate checks will be mailed to customers within 6-8 weeks of receipt and verification of the rebate form.
- StarBand reserves the right to cancel this rebate if unintended use occurs. Spacenet is sole arbiter in determining compliance with rebate rules
- Spacenet and StarBand will not be responsible for claims which are lost, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or delayed in the mail.

Standard Installation
A “standard” installation includes the following items:
- Installation within 50 miles of a Spacenet Installation Facility
- Installation of antenna mount hardware (wall/roof mount)
- .75m elliptical antenna sub-assembly installation with ODU and LNB
- Running of interfacility link (IFL) cable:
- A single dual RG-6 coaxial cable run of less than or equal to 75 feet between the antenna and the indoor equipment
- Interior cables will be exposed (not pulled within the walls) unless the customer requests otherwise and agrees to additional charges.
- Pointing and fine tuning of antenna sub-system
- Creating or using one existing point of entry (POE) into the customer’s premises for IFL cable that will be used for StarBand data transmissions
- Installing a wall plate on the interior side of the POE.
- The wall plate will be similar to those used in the cable TV industry, i.e. residential style in design with a hole in the middle through which cables can pass
- Configuration of the StarBand satellite modem
- Testing/activation of the StarBand system
- Verification of proper system operation
- Completion and submission to StarBand of required records and reports
- 15 minute customer orientation of the StarBand system
- Return of malfunctioning units to designated repair facilities, if applicable
